What past participants say...

It was valuable training, giving me the confidence for a court appearance.

Chris Tierney

Senior Lab Technician, Note Printing Australia

Our group comprised a fascinating mix of disciplines from all sorts of walks of our increasingly complex lives. We had handwriting / document experts; maritime engineers; an air safety engineer; a physiotherapist in the Worksafe arena; a forensic dentist; a forensic pathologist; an obstetrician & gynaecologist. You can see how we all would be called upon to give very detailed, technical evidence in potentially very onerous cases.

Excellent, entertaining and experienced presenter.

Dr Wendy Timms

Water Research Laboratory, UNSW

The workshop went a long way towards dispelling (our) anxieties. Any ignorance about the etiquette and protocols of court procedures and our giving of expert evidence was dispelled. I particularly enjoyed various "tricks of the trade" as it were, in how to field various types of questions from both sides. I look forward to further training to sharpen up my own act.

Dr Jules Black

FRANZCOG, FRCOG

The tips on behaviour under cross-examination and giving evidence was most valuable.
